"I called to make an appt mid-March and was told June was earliest and was asked about my symptoms. Explained and was told I would hear back from the person I tried to make appt with. She said that I would probably be "worked in". I waited several days and never heard anything, so I went to my patient portal and wrote a lengthy explanation of what I have been experiencing and on this site, it says you will hear back in two days. Nothing! I waited a week and called the office back and they explained that "she has been doing rounds at the hospital and that is why I didn't hear back". The lady I spoke with said she would send her another message. It's been well over a week and still nothing. It should not take a month to hear back and I still don't have an appointment. I assume the communication is that they are not interested in helping me."
