Gateway Medical

Gateway Medical is a doctor's office located at 171-A Monroe Lane in Lexington, South Carolina. We specialize in providing care to patients who have difficulty traveling to traditional doctor's offices or are too ill to leave their homes. Our board-certified primary care providers can come directly to you, offering a patient-centered approach to reduce unnecessary ER visits, hospitalizations, and 30-day readmissions.

In addition to in-home visits, Gateway Medical also offers remote "Virtual eVisits" for routine monitoring and support. Our telehealth services include secure messaging and video chat between patients and providers, allowing for easy access to care from the comfort of home.

To get started with Gateway Medical, patients or their caregivers can easily download enrollment forms and other necessary documents in preparation for Virtual eVisits or In-Home Visits. We are a Medicare-approved provider and in-network with most insurance plans, with no additional costs beyond customary deductibles and co-pays.
