"A few weeks ago, just after the COVID booster shots became available my husband and I took a lunch hour to drive to the health department to get the latest COVID boosters. However after getting there and taking the time to fill out all the paperwork we were told that we couldn't get them because not enough time had elapsed since we had our last COVID vaccines. The CDC had stated that it had to be at least two months after having your last COVID vaccine before getting the booster. It had been over two months for us as indicated on our vaccination cards, but the staff didn't seem to think it was long enough and would not give us our booster shots. This was very annoying and disappointing, especially after taking the time to drive there and fill out all the paper work."
