"Very clean hospital. Heard horror stories about this hospital and was having anxiety over it. I am happy to report that I had a nice experience. One suggestion is that patients should be made aware if needing blood, to have their relatives donate weeks ahead. Thank God I didn't need any."

"Overall I was quite shocked at how comfortable I was during this visit. I would've given five stars if I at least met the doctor. All they did was monitor my baby, check my vitals and took blood samples. I think they were just focused on if the baby was coming. I later found out that my pelvis shifted. I'm still grateful for how comfortable they made me throughout the entire visit. I usually don't have good experiences with this hospital. This visit was so smoothe and comforting it made me emotional. I am quite proud of the second floor of this hospital. The ER could use a lot of work. "Ive been having appointments for my pregnancy since Dec 2021. All my appointments have been with a midwife and have been fantastic until last week 2/18/2022. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Moore. He entered the room with no introduction of himself at all and no knowledge of my charts or medications their office ordered for me. Dr. Moore slapped my thighs 4 times as if that was appropriate. He then made jokes about my serious concerns with my blood pressure. Our appointment left me so uncomfortable I'm refusing to see him again. Ill even have to consider a new office all together because this office doesn't have a complaint system. Ill be seeing a new doctor there but come delivery of my baby he may be on call so Im searching now for a new doctors office. The sad thing is he had a medical student with him I just hope she doesn't follow his path, she was kind and I wish her well."
