"Dr. Patel is nice and seems to be a good Dr. Not pleased with operations. Charged extra fee for being late calling it a no-show and won’t let you in for appointment. Not sure why we can’t charge Dr back this money when they are half hour or more late getting you in for scheduled appointments when arrived on time."

Yeah sometimes the wait can be long, but that's because they try to see everyone. Those with appointments and those with urgent needs as well.
