"Very unprofessional and unorganized. The nurses are spiteful of each other which affects us as patients. They never answer the phone, always getting transferred to Charlie Norwood's line, and still don't answer when they transfer the call. Nor do they even have a doctor that can see you right now, just the nurses there. The unprofessionalism is very crazy to me."

"Very unprofessional. I called to check on my application for enrollment and they stated that they did not have it. So i drove up to the office to fill out another one and the three ladies in the front laughed and said "oh we found your application". I did not think anything about the situation was funny. Nor did i enjoy driving to the location to be laughed at. A callback would've been appreciated considering I had just gotten off the phone with them about 5 minutes prior to driving there."
