"First off the lady at front desk have a bad attitude she need to be fired! And y’all don’t pick up your phone for nothing I been calling everyday no answer when y’all the one told me y’all will call me to give me my kids next appointment date! How we supposed to know to come with no date if y’all don’t answer. Very unprofessional would not recommend."

"I like the doctor and the nurses.The front desk staff is unprofessional. I got the run around over a prescription for my daughter. I got attitude from the receptionist at the front desk. That receptionist was very rude. I'm trying not to let her ruin my day."

"Dr Garamond is truly missed. This practice has taken a nose dive in her absence. The pediatric bedside manner leaves much to be desired. They don’t open on time, request for records go unanswered, etc. They have definitely lost their edge and another family of patients."

"This is the worst possible pediatrician I've ever went to . The doctors are good but the staff at the front are completely ignorant and incompetent. They refused to see my 17 day old new born because I was 5 min. Late . They were extremely rude about it as well . Everytime we had an appointment which is hard to get bc front desk s staff refuses to don't here job we always wait a minimum of 30 min. But typically an hour or more then wait another 15 to 30 min. Once in a room . I can't even begin to express how angry I am and just appauled such a place is still open with the terrible front desk staff and lack of patient care and customer service . I advise people to not take there kids here there are plenty places in stateboro that are good and better Than this . I hate I ever took my kids here . Please don't take your kids here ,do your self a favor and chose somewhere else ."

"Simply because they "open" at 8am but at 842am I am getting the after hours call center. Last week I tried calling and was getting the after hours call center at 10am. This is ridiculous!! I am switching doctors today."
