"I love this office! I recommend them to anyone who asks about a Primary Care Doctor. Dr. Shaver and his staff are great and answer all of my questions every time. I see a lot of people complaining about the nurses but I have NEVER had a problem with them!!"

"This place has some of the worst supporting staff I have ever encountered but what do you expect when you are linked to regional medical center. They will NOT answer the phones unless you call the front desk and they think you are calling to schedule an appointment (MONEY). The regional medical center should just once call this office and see how inefficient their staff really is. Dr. Tjuana Durden Seidl is nice but you will never speak with her if you don't have an appointment. Update, I did finally receive a call back after 3 calls over 2 days by me and 2 requests made by Walgreen's (at least that is what I was told) in reference to refills."

"I see comments on how bad the front staff is, they must’ve gotten rid of that bunch because I have no problems with the ladies up there. I always get checked in quickly, blood pressure/temp taken quickly, put back in the room and the PA shows up quickly. I absolutely love my PA (TJ) - she takes time to explain things and tell you what’s going on and she’s extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise, things you can control to keep you out of the doctor’s office. I saw Dr. Shaver the first time I went, we just didn’t mesh, he might be a great doctor, just wasn’t the one for me, I have nothing bad or negative to say about him but I really feel like I lucked out with TJ. They’ve also moved to a nice new building so it’s all around a positive experience when I go."

"I've heard good things about Dr Shaver, but we have dealt with TJ.. who is amazing! She listens, explains, and genuinely cares about her patients. The 3 stars is base on the office staff. They would rather have conversations among themselves, push things off so they wouldn't have to do it, and had one try to mislead me about access to medical records.That or she was so involved in other conversations in the office she didn't pay attention enough to hear my questions. Either way, we will find another family Doctor."
