"I called LMS this past Friday (12/17/21) @ 9:01 am to inquiry about a medical bill which was paid to LMS from February 15, 2020. My sister and I maintain all of our Mother's bills and I called to ask who was paid. Our Mother just passed this pass October 9th, 2020 and we are staying on top of all of our Mother's bills. The answer from the customer service was very aburt and sour when the only thing she kept saying over and over. In situations where a loved one has passed is very emotional and I hope if she ever need this type of information, she will be treated the same."
