Although he is an ophthalmologist- he has always given her advice on how to control her A1C and keep that sugar from reaching the eyes.... His nurse Stacey is the absolute best! She’s always friendly and upbeat..."

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The doctor my son seen today was passive aggressive along with the nurse. My son wasn't given a proper diagnosis. He seem racist!! He definitely treats his white patients differently from the black patients. The doctor greeted the white patients in a friendly manner, but didn't do the same for my son or myself."

"I have been a patient of the Eye Center for many years, therefore I have had the privilege of seeing different Drs. They all have different personalities which is ok with me, but I will not allow. any other eye center in Orbg touch my eyes. That’s not being ugly about anyone else it’s about honesty about the Orbg Eye Center.I have absolute trust and faith in the doctors, the Support staff and Techs as they are awesome. If you need a specialist they make the referral pronto. I have never had to wait for my appt and the one time I needed a refill of eye drops, I called into the on call # left a message and it was taken care. That night the Dr did not call me back and I knew that it was because the matter was taken care of. I hope people don’t confuse bedside manner with skills. The two are not the same and sometimes our judgement is misplaced. May I remind everyone that normal eye care is once a year, unless you have something more serious - I have had both and I appreciate the excellent service I have always received. "I was there today. and it was VERY busy. I have one suggestion though. There were a lot of seniors on their own there, you also had a sign stateing you changed the computer system in June. Here it is almost August and people that have come to the office before the changed are now confused. Noone is explaining about the little pad that when told, you sign the blank pad. BLANK! really what exactly am I signing there are no words. They were just told it's the privacy act just sign the pad. This poor woman who was alone did not understand. She had been coming there for years and everything just changed. Someone should have come around out in the lobby and explained to her, "We changed our system instead of signing a piece of paper you sign this pad and it electronically sends the signature to your file for our records". They just talked to her out through that little window She thought you all were trying to trick her in some way. She was confused and alone. I used to work with seniors and stood beside them to help with all the sign ins. Not everyone is that fortunate. Just be aware that when we seniors get old our minds no longer can follow instructions like it use to. We have been told do not sign anything without reading the form. Change is very hard on us. Thank you."
