"I will say I've had one or two experiences where it took more than 30 minutes for my kids to be seen by a doctor or that I've had to cross the street to the Annex. Overall the staff is friendly and the doctors I've seen have been great. The online portal is useful, and the check-in/check out process is fast."

As a older first time mom, it seemed very daunting and if you mixed in the woes of the pandemic- I always just wanted to make sure that my son was good. Grayson had some complications with repeated ear infections, the flu, congestion and fever after he started at daycare around 6 months and the entire staff/team has been so very amazing with their knowledge, consistency in delivering information and just their care and concerns. I feel confident in speaking with anyone on the team and that’s less stress for me. I will highly recommend this practice."
