"I was recommended to this office by a friend. Everyone there was very helpful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I have had surgery to remove my tear duct because of cancer. I also had radiation, which has affected the way my sinuses work so I wanted to get an ENT to help me with this new norm. I was very pleased and look forward to seeing Dr.Batiatta for future issues."

"if i could give zero stars i would. took my then 3 month old for a second opinion on his ears because he was getting constant ear infections, was told they couldn’t do anything come back in 2 months. went back 11 days before he turned 6 months and did an audiogram, went good but then waited an hour to see a doctor and had to say something to the front desk and they forgot about us and then finally we saw the same doctor from last time. the first time when he was 3 months he had an active ear infection but when we went they said he didn’t. second time we went he again had a double ear infection diagnosed but his pediatrician and they said he didn’t his ears were fine. anyways we see the doctor and he says he doesn’t need tubes despite the 7 previous ear infections he’s had. i knew my son needed tubes so we took him to scent and we have a tube date set. this location is ridiculous and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that has a baby. seems like all they were after was money."

"I’ve never been more disappointed with the way a Dr spoke to us that the way that Neal Burkhalter did. The utter arrogance of the man disgusted me. The disconnect between him and his scheduling team is concerning. I am forever grateful that this man never touched my daughter. We will be reporting him to the State and will ensure our close knit network of Doctors and nurses in the capital region are aware of how he treated us."
