"Great facility. Kenyatta provided top notch service at the Shannon location. Her awesome attitude, great bedside manners, and extremely gentle needle prick are just some of the best things about this office. All personnel I came in contact with were the most polite, warm, and caring. It was very evident that these employees love their job and enjoy serving their community."

"I’ve never written a negative before, but this was the worst doctor I have ever visited. I told the nurses about how I’ve been sick for a while and that I had already been prescribed and taken antibiotics and mucinex and they didn’t work. When the doctor came in, she prescribed me antibiotics and mucinex. I was frustrated, as I said many times that I had already tried both of those. I asked if there were any other options, such as an anti-viral medicine, and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked what that was. It is a common cure for long lasting COVID, which is what I suspect I have, and I was shocked by her response. When she said the only option was antibiotics, I accepted the offer, as I had no other choice. She then said that she was surprised that I was arguing with her. I can’t believe that a healthcare professional said that to me, especially since she prescribed me exactly what I already tried. I asked a few more questions, and after half answering them, told me I could leave and walked out of the room. I was still very confused, I didn’t know where to pick up my prescription or what illness she even thought I had, and she walked away before I could even ask those questions or get a school excuse. Her attitude was so abrasive and rude that I started crying immediately after I left the building. The nurses were very nice, my only issue was with the doctor herself."

"Best Doctor's Care in the area. I visited on New Year's Eve and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and the PA were kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Got seen and treated in under 90 minutes. The clinic is conveniently located and very clean. Will definitely be back again next time I need urgent care."

"Dr. P.Ligon worst P.A I have ever been to. Told me nothing was wrong and sent me home. It seem she wasn’t taking my issues seriously so I tried to go to another facility, when they try to verify I was seen in a different office. D. Ligon told the staff not to see me. She said I had to go to the emergency room, which makes no sense if I am trying to save money. The ER found I was highly contagious and provided me with pain and antiviral medication. I called the Shandon facility back to ask why they would tell them not to see me. The nurse said she would find out and call back. Of course she didn’t. Please don’t thank me for bringing this to your attention when it’s ample complaints about misdiagnosis, not fully examining the patient and poor customer service. If you’d like to do something. Have the doctor call me to apologize for her behavior and tell me what’s being put in place so this doesn’t happen again."

"I had an amazing experience at this urgent care. I did wait about 30-40 minutes, but once I got seen, it was about 10 minutes total! The nurse practitioner, Nicki, was so sweet, and really listened to my issue and responded with empathy and intelligence. Edit: unfortunately the front desk women were rude at my latest visit with my husband. Dropped from a 5 to 4."
