"Went in for an orthoscopic procedure and the experiment started off great! Once they got me into the operating room… I remember nothing. What causes me to give this place 3 stars was the after care and pretty much the get-out experience! I kept telling them I wasn’t ready. I was super groggy and could not even focus. The two nurses rushed dressing me and pretty much kicking me out the door!!Even my escort was surprised by the rush. I’m just very disappointed in the after surgery care."

"Terrible experience. The doctor didn't care about any of my issues that I am currently having in my hand and arm. I thought I was finally going to get some answers(relief) as to what is causing my problems but he was only focused on my finger surgery that I had at another facility( which was a year ago). Worker's comp appointment of course!!! You would think the doctor's actually wanted to help their patients heal instead of being in pain forever. They get paid either way!!!"

"This has to be one of the most unprofessional and unorganized doctors offices I have been to. I went in originally to get established with a doctor to get lidocaine injections for some chronic pain conditions I have. When I went in they changed my doctor on me mid appointment with no communication. They then started telling me I wasn’t a candidate for surgery when I had never wanted to discuss surgery. The doctor I saw was extremely rude and dismissive of my pain and focused more on trying to have me seek out an ADHD diagnosis rather than helping with my pain. I was then referred to a doctor for my injections. When I went in to consult about medial branch blocks they told me they did not think I was a candidate and then a few days later I received a call with them wanting to book for that procedure. I had asked to be sent over some information about it which I never received. I did not want to come back in to pay another expensive copay when I had just paid one for this exact thing and they did not go over the procedure with me. I then went in for one of my injections and things went well. My second one has some complications and reached out multiple times about my pain and concerns and was brushed off by the staff. None of my questions would be answers and they talked down to me and took no accountability for their miscommunication, nor did they take any of my concerns seriously. I have tried to reach out to have this issue resolved and I have just been pushed aside. These are only a few of the issues I had with this place. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a doctors office and considering they deal with pain conditions all of the doctors should have more empathy. If you really want a doctor that will take your conditions and concern’s seriously don’t go here. I now am in worse pain than I originally started with and they do not care nor will they do anything to help."

"Very pleasant experience at my recent first appointment with Dr. Pollack. The facility is beautiful, clean, and easily accessed. Parking was close, no parking garage. I only waited a few minutes. The receptionist was friendly, and there were no forms or anything to complete. The nurse was friendly, attentive and thorough and called me with my MRI appointment within a few days as she said she would. Dr. Pollack did a thorough exam, listened and was very kind. I go back for a follow up in a few weeks, but was very impressed with first experience overall."
