"They will lie on paperwork ! Do not send any of your love ones at this location. This place will give your love ones medication they don't need and also against their will. I repeat this place needs to be shut down immediately! If your love ones needs help this is not the place!!!!!!!!! My daughter left there with a sprained hip because they were holding her down giving her needles against her will among other horrific that I rather not disclose because it was that heart breaking!"

"We did not have an option, when my daughter was placed here! Horrible communication, or lack of. You can not speak with the Dr, good luck with getting a call back from the social worker, who is suppose to be the communication between you and the Dr. No one asking for info on history of what led your loved one to this situation. When I expressed that my daughter is having a side effect from a new medication, they actually increased it and still never called to see why I felt the issues were her medication. When discharged ,she was more confused then when they took her in, and literally sent out the door with a folder with release instructions. No one discussing where she goes from here. Worst experience ever! Do not allow your loved one to go here."

"I was just a previous employee there and i wouldn’t even send my dog there to be looked after ! Not bashing just stating facts . I worked with outstanding staff and some staff just shouldn’t work there period . My favorite dorm leaders were Ms Brown , Coach Jon , Mr .Rob & Mr. Jamal ! The AT staff you are the best !!! Shout to Ms Kelly and Ms Martin , continue doing what you need to do ! Management needs to do better especially with how they communicate with people especially Ms Gloria and Ms Johnson do better with how you treat your staff and stop being messy ! Two old women who get a kick out of mess and just being nasty ! The best CEO of all times shout out to Craig ! HR is awesome ! The nurse staff shout out to y’all for helping me when i had a concussion! Some nurses can do better but i had no issues with the nursing staff . The best female therapist is Ms Presley and between Mr Josh and Mr Tracey ! To the residents keep up with your treatment and always keep pushing !"

"I was a nurse with this company and got terminated due to poor training, and trying to throw me into the wilderness The staff is horrible and I wouldn't recommend anybody to work at this place or send their kids. And Hannah, you're just as slack and you should be terminated as well. But I won't blast your business online. And Pam (night shift) you're trash and need to stop talking to people like you have no common sense, but I know it's not so common. And to the residents, you guys are all awesome individuals, and I pray that you all become responsible adults and follow your dreams. ~Nurse B"
