"Dr. Estes has to be the worse doctor I've ever seen in my life. Long story short he is condescending, argumentative, and dismissive. When I walked out on him he proceeded to yell at me as I was walking off at 9 months pregnant. Say what you must but that alone is grounds for termination in my opinion. However there is a clear issue with how women of color are treated here and by Dr. Estes. Take a look at their staff which has no staff of color at all. There is a clear issue and I plan to ensure this is reviewed closely and offend going forward. I hope Dr. Estes and the team as ready for the many board complaints coming their way."

"If you are overweight, find another practice. This office, specially Dr. Kaleigh Keister does NOT care about you or your issues if you're fat. According to her, just lose weight & all your problems will resolve on their own!! LIke magic!! Because if you're overweight, all your issues are due to the '"excessive belly fat you have on your abdomen", according to this doctor. She said "as your doctor I have to be honest with you." That is true but you are a medical doctor with years of education. Did you not learn about bedside manner or how to talk to patients with empathy? Clearly not. It is 2023, the majority of our world is considered overweight. When will doctors stop blaming real medical problems on weight & actually listen to patients concerns, take into account their medical history & actually try to find out what's going on?"

"The doctor and the nurses were exceptional! 0 issues!! I am deaf patient and their staff interpreter (shay) was amazing!"

"They do not ever answer the phone or return phone calls BUT when I went into the office the staff was very nice. In particular, Andi at the front desk was efficient, friendly and went above and beyond to help. If it weren't for the phone issue I would have given 5 stars."
