"April 13,2022, I went for the PRP ( which is for the Stem Cell treatment) that cost $1450.00. so on that day I got my first treatment, I believe it was my first treatment. Two weeks later, I called to let them know that the treatment was not working for me. I still had the pain in my arm at the level that it was, which was a seven or eight. They told me it takes at least at least 6 weeks, before you will feel relief and they gave me appointment for May 24. I go and speak to the doctor. Wait, first I am given a questionaire. I told the truth there was no improvement. My pain level was the same. The doctor then said to me that if there was a 25% change, then there was something he may be able to do which sounded like they would give me a second treatment, but since there was no improvement they would have to recommend me to a doctor to see about my right shoulder. I thought they would give me a second treatment in so that it would work on my arm, but that is not what was done. Instead I was dismissed as if my $1450 was for one. This is a new treatment that's out here. Therefore they are still trying to see how this will work. What they need to do to improve this new treatment. You see twas there before for my back and Knees. They were great and they did a beautiful job on the problems, I have had no more pain. That is why I went back. I believe I should have gotten another treatment to see ifa second shots would help. That truly would have been fair. $1450,deserve that, one more treatment to solve the problem. For I did not want another operation. it was unfair for me to be dismissed as if my problem was not theirs anymore."

Their techniques are almost pain free. I really enjoy coming here ! My knees, back & hips were so painful, I had trouble walking in my house. "Facility is pushing Prolotherapy cost 400 to 600. only care about getting patients. First visit only seen by NP, not the Doctor!. NP will rush in and rush out. NO xray done. Next visit you see doctor, RIGHT away he talks about PROLOTHERAPY which no insurance covers. When I refused and mention TRIGGER point prefer, the Doctor almost DISMISSES your decision. 3rd visit came in to get first trigger injections BUT told NP will give it, AT no point do they tell you the NP will give it when you make the appt. DO NOT GO THERE. Its not about treatment but pushing one TX. Prolotherapy."

"I called the office in the morning. I explained to the person who took my call. I am in pain and am looking to see a doctor and a MT. They assured me I could be seen today. I left with more pain then I came in with . And after a quick consultation and some x rays .....$250 less in my wallet. I got to see the doctor but not in the manner I expected. Got to look at him. Here I am 20 hours later after I called and in more pain then I started. And they want to see me next week for another consultation. I think they should be more up front on how far they want to dip into your wallet and what services will be rendered, before they start."
