"Don't waste your time doing the appointment for urgent care online. Your just going to check in and there is still a line ahead of you. There should be a note on the website that it's still first come first serve. They need to do something about the parking lot because it's way to small. The receptionist were nice but I wish they would've said something as well about the appointments online"

"I came in because I thought I had flu. I didn’t realize coming in would actually make me sicker. The vents are covered in mold. The floor is disgusting and the bathrooms are out of soap. Unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be helping people recover from not making them more sick."

"Just seem to me the providers here are rude and do not like treating patients and that's not good!! and it makes me feel uneasy. I spoke with other people concerning this facility and they agree on what Im speaking on. Please show empathy towards patients, we are the consumers. The receptionist at the front desk need to not shout people information out or ask questions for everyone to hear, it's very unprofessional and can be a violation of HIPAA."

"The receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive. My toddler was screaming and inconsolable so I walked to the front desk to let the receptionist know I was going to step out to nurse her for 10 minutes since there didnt seem to be an area where I could nurse in private. Before I could finish my sentence the receptionist told me if I wasnt here when she called my name that was my problem and she wasnt going to walk outside. I never expected or asked her to walk outside. Of course she wouldnt know that since she interrupted me before I could explain. I just said nevermind and left. We will not be coming back. Maybe reevaluate who you have in a customer service role because clearly interrupting and a bad attitude isnt it."

"Went there for vertigo, was there 10 minutes and the nurse I think her name is Emily said I needed to go straight to the er. She didn’t even look at me fully. I went to my PCP the next day and if she would have just looked in my ears she would have seen I had pressure cause vertigo got some sinus medicine and I’m all better. I will NEVER go here again."
