"Some of the staff members were unprofessional. Arrived during my scheduled appointment time waited 30 minutes to be seen. Once I got to my assigned room, I waited for an hour and a half. I asked about the status of when will I be seen and apparently the individual that I was waiting on was listening to music while taking his time. Please avoid this place if possible!"
"Don’t ever go here. Made an appointment online and spent 20 minutes filling out all the paperwork. Received a text saying my 3:00pm appointment was now pushed to 5:00pm. Later I received another text at 3:39pm that my appointment had been pushed to 7:00pm. When I arrived for my appointment there was a sign on the door that said Sorry were closed. Will never go here again. Pitiful."
"Visited on 12/22 with several symptoms first being low grade fever. I told nurse not sure what going on since had mild pain in back, urinating more thought maybe UTI. Test was negative but showed sugar, which was true since I am type II and told them took large spoon of honey before coming. Reason was sugar was low and 1 time before I had set in waiting room for 3 hrs and did not want to risk low sugar. PA was short bordering on rude, said was not controling sugar with no explanation listened to. My 6 yrs primary said my sugar is fine given my other issues. What was result is minor muscle pull, sugar controlled and NEVER addressed fever is Flu. Thanks and will never visit again."
"Everything was fine until I saw the “provider”. I didn’t even know his name as he did not introduce himself. Come to find out, his name is Mark Green. He rushed in and said “no it’s not strep” looked in my throat and walked his way to the door- to walk out and direct me to the door as I was literally still speaking and asking questions. He was in the room for maybe 60 seconds. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with anyone that’s considered a “provider”. I went to a CVS minute clinic the next day in hopes for a better caring provider and I tested positive for the Flu. Unfortunately, the Doctors Care has an absolutely negligent “provider” that did absolutely nothing for me and told me I was fine. Huge thanks to the doctor that gave me the kind of care that patients should get at CVS and testing me properly for what I had."
"The Nurse Practitioner was very nice, knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I am a veteran so I was being seen here instead of the VA. The only thing I did not care for, there were not a whole bunch of people waiting but the average time to wait was about 3 hours. But you will be waiting anywhere you go.i was wearing a mask because I have very serious health issues and am a senior citizen so I wish it was mandatory to wear a mask in your facility. I would definitely recommend your facility for treatment and if I have to come to a facility other than the VA I would be happy to be seen again. Your staff of nurses and front end workers were all very kind."
