"I have seen Dr Dixon for 2 years now. He is thorough, compassionate, & truly cares about his patients pain management. He is cautious with prescribing pain medications & requires you be willing to try a multi treatment approach to pain. If all pain Doctors were as good as Dr. Dixon we would not have near the problem with pain medication abuse. If your just looking for a fix go to someone else but if you are honestly looking to control pain with the minimum amount of meds needed, Dr Dixon is your best bet!"

"After four years as a patient, my wife requested a consultation about reducing the pain meds for a number of ailments, chronic joint degeneration, lower back issues ect...the doctor decided to remove all of her pain meds. They had her on strong opiods then gave her 5 more and said....bye. Thsts all we are going to do. We were left on our own to deal with withdrawals and no options to help wit her ongoung pain issues. And there was little or no explanation. Very dangerous. Very unprofessional"

"As of today I am no longer a patient of this practice. Apparently telling them you will be looking for a new doctor is discharging yourself. I missed an appointment, which was my own fault, but they also didn't call to remind me of the appointment. I called today to find out when my appointment was and was told I'd missed it. I asked for next available which was a month away, well if you are on pain management you know there is no way you can go a month without your meds so I asked if there was something sooner. The "receptionist" said to hold while she spoke to the office manager. She then came back to the phone and said that they would be able to see me today but if I ever missed another appointment they would discharge me from the practice. I told her that the way the practice has been lately I should look for another practice anyway. Well apparently that was me telling them I was discharging myself. Now when I first started here I liked the physician Dr. Stephanie Webb, she was amazing. She left the practice and there was a bit of a transition and a new doctor came in Dr. Regina Solis Morris who was absolutely amazing, but she left as well. Then the receptionists started leaving and they brought in some people that have no clue what they are doing. Nurse practitioner Sweat is good, but she isn't supported with that mess of people they have around her. I feel sorry for her and I guess I now have to suffer until I can find a new pain management and get a referral from my physician. I just hope my horrible experience helps someone not make the same mistakes...this place is awful...it really really is."

"My mother was referred to first choice. She said the doctor she see's is okay but doesn't really listen but what really makes my 72 year old mother upseto is the way she is treated by the nurse tech. I know it's frustrating working in a place like that. Of course there's a stigma but when my mother has a concern about possibly breaking a rin in a fall and the nurse tech yells at her, telling her she's there for another reason during this appointment and that she'll need to reschedule another appointment regarding possibly breaking up a rib. This tech lacls compassion. While my mother only goes here for knee injections and nothing else. I will make sure to find our the techs name and I will file a complaint. There's no reason medicine should lack dignity."
