"Avoid this practice at all costs. Abysmal customer service and health care provided. Patient arrived for a follow-up and it was as if the office had forgotten to prepare for the visit. Provided no information, unable to provide a file or chart ("it is being processed") and claimed that a critical piece of medical equipment was delayed for over a month because "someone forgot to put a note in your file." Proceeded to refer patient to an outside source for medical equipment, and the outside source was a bigger mess than they were. Equipment was delayed multiple months as a result. Note to Columbia Heart Clinic: these are people's lives you are playing with. AVOID THIS PRACTICE."
