"I really like the doctors and staff."

"I called today 9/7/2021 as a new patient for an appointment. The person who answered the telephone was not friendly at all. When I asked for an appointment the response was "what insurance do you have". I told the person the insurance. She snapped back at me "we don't take that". I said OK not a problem. She then snapped "cash or credit card paid in advanced." Once again I said it wasn't a problem. She said "you're gonna pay $190.00 cash or credit card." Her tone was totally inappropriate talking to a would be new patient. At this point I asked if the Dr. was taking new patients, her response one again 190.00 cash or credit card. At that point I decided that I did not want to deal with a practice that would have such a rude person handling customers. I found a practice that is far away but at least the staff answering the phones were pleasant and helpful. The physicians in this office really need to be aware that this person lost 2 new patients that never have had a problem paying their bills."
