"Made an appointment for my 14 year old daughter at the Newberry office. She has been seen several times for prior injuries but this was a new injury appointment. After waiting for 25 minutes they called me to the desk and informed me the doctor she was scheduled to see does not work on pediatric patients. They could send me to the Chapin office if I could be there in 30 minutes ( 25 minutes away) or reschedule me for 10-14 days out. What??? How does that happen?? Neither option was good as she had to wait a week to get in for this appointment and I have another one in Newberry after hers. I decide to drive to the Chapin office and when I get there the lady at the front desk doesn't have any idea why I'm there and asks me to step aside because she has a line out the door. There were 2 people waiting spaced 20 feet apart. Finally after waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer and they said my daughter was being worked in. So why did I have to rush??? Lousy scheduling( Newberry office), rude front receptionist (Chapin office) Horrible experience. I would have given them a lower rating but another staff member at Chapin corrected the issue with the rude receptionist and the doctor we saw was great. I recommend when checking in that you are scheduled with the correct doctor."
