"Ursel is the best yoga practitioner for all ages and physical capabilities. Her knowledge, along with her compassion, has allowed me to continue my practice with her for over 10 years! Sometimes I might have back issues or shoulder issues and she has an ability to utilize her skills and knowledge to alter your practice if needed. If you have a day when you say “that is not available to me today” her expertise guides you through alternative poses. If you are totally on your game, she brings your pose right to your particular edge. Her flexible teaching style has kept me taking one BREATH at a time.
