"3+ hour wait ?????? Do better !"

"Just moved to the state, found out I was pregnant. In the past year I have had four miscarriages at six weeks. I need a referral to get specialty care according to my insurance. Lady at the desk is really snotty, will not even book me an appointment without medical records so I can get a confirmation of pregnancy before getting my referral. Submitted my release, lady at the desk still hasn't gotten back to me. Sent the documents in on Tuesday. This is a horrendous first impression. I've lived in 7 states and have never had a practice full on demand records in order to be seen, and my insurance wont let me see anyone else because there is nobody else. I've never felt so powerless in my life."

"I noticed the reviews about the wait time and I understand how frustrating it may be to have longer than expected wait times...but this is your health not Taco Bell or McDonald's. I have received nothing but outstanding service from this group especially my personal doctor/nurse Candace and it's because they actually care about you and your overall health. I know whenever I plan to have a doctor's visit that there may be a wait and I know exactly why‼️ I am grateful for these types of doctors. Gratitude shapes your attitude. By the way Fast Food is not on any chart for healthy eating. Slow and steady usually wins the race. I would like to give encouragement to these doctors and nurses and staff to continue to maintain or stay consistent with the excellent quality standards they currently have. Please don't ever sacrifice quality for quantity... mistakes in healthcare can be fatal. I appreciate you all at this location and will continue to come. Paige"
