"I agree with the other negative reviews here. Don't go here. I made an appointment for an annual physical exam last year--pretty standard--something I've been doing for years like a lot of folks. I showed up, saw the doctor, explained everything that was wrong with me since my last physical, and was sent to Anmed (hospital) for bloodwork. I called this office back before I went to the hospital just to verify that I had to go there because there are other places that could do blookwork at a lower cost (insurance frowns on hospital charges as everyone knows). They told me that this was the only place they could send me (found out later that this was not true). As expected, the bloodwork wasn't covered and I got a bill for several hundred dollars. Additionally, my office visit was only partially covered by insurance. I called this Centerville office and spoke to the office manager. It seems that they didn't code my visit as a physical exam but as a 'for cause' visit. I explained that I booked a physical exam several months earlier--which she confirmed on the phone--but she said the doctor didn't write it up as that so they weren't going to correct it. So...it's my problem, and I'm just out several hundred bucks. STAY AWAY from this place. They don't know what they are doing."

"Don’t go. Find literally anywhere else to go. The front staff is kind but they aren’t the ones you’re seeing. I’m extremely nervous with doctors. My Dr was a complete d**k and never called me with results even tho some of the results were flagged. Only 1 out of 2 referrals actually called me. They also make you sign a statement saying they can refuse you treatment, and pee test you anytime they want if they are prescribing you a controlled substance. Your health doesn’t matter. Just the numbers."

"I made an appointment for my first visit in December of 2021 and the soonest appointment I could get was April of 2022. In between that time they called me and rescheduled it two times. I went to my appointment on the day as scheduled but because of a mix up on the time I was 30 minutes late. They took me out of the system and would not see me. The ladies in the office were extremely rude and snobby. I would never recommend them for anything."
