"The doctor's are FABULOUS! Barcel, Patterson, Gao are all perfect! The staff... is where we lose stars. Billing... I asked for months for a charge to come off my account for equipment I didn't have. MRI... let's just say the lady told me AFTER my MRI that it was a problem with my insurance and I COULD NOT LEAVE. She told me, "It's like buying a car, you can't leave the lot without paying for it". And now I'm told by my insurance they will NOT pay for my ankle surgery...get ready..... because the office sent over paperwork and notes for my hand instead of my ankle. Good grief Charlie Brown! And don't call after 4:30pm. You will be on hold until they switch over to the answering service"

"I have been followed by Meredith Purgason PA for quite some time. She is an excellent clinician who considers many options on a regular basis. We review my problem, discuss alternative therapies, discuss my current situation and decide together on the best course of action with the full knowledge of side effects, beneficial effects and psycho-social implications. She has given me great. Insight into my problem and we have discussed ways to overcome the discomfort. Meredith is way ahead of her young years, caring for the full patient in all areas. She has been very helpful and I would recommend her diagnostic and therapeutic acumen to all! She greats me with a smile and makes me feel at home, despite my pain. I feel that she has been a major asset to CONA and I look forward to seeing her again when I return. "I called their office 3 times the day after being seen for a rotator cuff tear to ask for something more for pain, other than ice and ibuprofen prescribed, NO CALL ALL DAY. In extreme pain and they couldn’t be bothered to even call me back. Horrible"

"My appointment was at 330, did not get seen until 430. First a nurse came in to ask me questions. Then, an assistant came in and asked me the same questions. The Dr finally came in, spent 2 minutes with me and then sent his assistant to give a cortisone shot in my painful knee, which caused me more pain and discomfort. I will not be coming here again."

"First and foremost, the most sincere care Jessica Hook, PA gave to me was listening and showing empathy each time I saw her (twice within a week). She, of course, rendered medical care for my complaint. She then referred me for additional treatment beyond the scope of her licensing. She’s outstanding!
