"0 stars for this very unprofessional Dr. I got there on time for my 12pm appt. I had to wait until 12:40 to be seen. He stood there and joked with another patient then finally addressed me. He was rude, impolite, and didn't perform a thorough exam because "it was a mathematical matter". In other words...he was going to lunch at 1:00. He never dilated my eyes and gave me an incorrect prescription for contact lenses. Complete waste of time and money."

"I went to Mr.Forrester's office for about 2 or 3 years. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Rude, he doesn't know how to talk to his patients, and only cares about getting as many customers in and out as possible. This is the place for you if you like wasting money. RUN far and fast if you care about your eye health and want an ophthalmologist that does too. America's Best is not to far from this place. They have a great eye doctor that actually cares and prices are the same, if not better, than this UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!!!"

"I had my eye exam here because it was joined with EyeMart where I picked out glasses. In reality, they are separate entities. I was OK with the exam till I got a bill. There should have been NO PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY. I stated to his staff when I went in that I had Humana Insurance and I wanted only services for which Humana would pay. When I called to protest a test or procedure I did not approve, the staff member was snotty and referred me to documents I had signed for payment. Naturally, I always accept payment outside of insurance, if I am told about it beforehand and approve it. This did not happen. Additionally, a paper given me with my original receipt said things were discussed with me that the doctor never discussed. The staff member cut me off, was egregiously rude, and had I still been employed as personnel officer in a large organization, I would have put that person on 30 day Personal Improvement Plan or fired her. I WILL NEVER go back there. Further, I made a mistake and asked them to email my eye exam results th the SCDMV. After paying $20 for this few keystrokes, I realized the exam was not due to the following year. I told them my error right away & tried to get a refund, as one might get from a store for a returned item. Again, I was refused in a most creepy, rude way possible."
