"How are you gonna keep me waiting for a whole hour just to say I have a balance that's over 2 years old and can't be seen unless I pay that and then an outrageous co-payment on top of that. Tell people in advance about what they owe because they might not have the current funds to be seen. Completely wasted my time when I could have went elsewhere. Shameful practice and should definitely update their policy."
