"I went to see Daryl Allyn Lapeyrolerie, MD they told me 11:00 am and did not take me back in the office till 11:45. Then I waited another 20 mins in the back. I came to the doc for a follow up because I have been running a lot and had a pain in my leg plus my back hurt. He did X-rays on my back and not my leg which struck me as odd. When he looked at the X-ray he said nothing was wrong with my back and I should quit running. I need therapy and I said no offense but I dont want therapy and why didn’t we X-ray my leg. He then yelled at me told me I was wasting his time after making me wait over an hour. I then asked why he yelled at me and he told me I should leave. I seen him many times and never had such a bad experience I will never go back to see him and he should not be practicing medicine in such an unprofessional way. Hopefully this will help someone that might see this doctor."

"This is an add on to the previous review. Guess who just called me to reschedule my already rescheduled appointment. But hey, this time the office did give me ten days notice. I go once a year for a physical. I always receive a text reminding me of my appointment and I text back that I am coming to the appointment. I get a call the day before the appointment saying that it needs to be rescheduled. This has happened for two years now. Found out this time, it is because the doctor will be out of the office for four weeks. Maybe they could have called me sooner???"

"They change the entire staff it seems every few months. Very uncoordinated. I’ll call just to ask a question and get accidentally sent to 2-4 people before I get sent the person I called to speak to, even if I’m calling that person back. GHS only lets Doctors spend 15 minutes with each patient so you never really get to go into all of your issues. The nurses have always been excellent and even though I had a problem with my Primary doctor last time, they had been great for years. It’s just that the staff seems so discombobulated. Probably due to them changing so often."

"LOVED this practice! Dr Eugenio was very professional and took her time explaining things to me. I had my labs completed prior to my appointment and had all the results explained in great detail during my appointment. The staff (both clinical and front officer) were great, no wait time, great office environment. I am glad I found this office and have them to care for my health!"
