"I am extremely pleased with the quality of instruction, the professionalism and the results of my accelerated IFR course with CRAFT. The pace of this course may not be for everyone and I recommend that you double check to make sure that you have all the prerequisites for the course. The best endorsement I can give is to tell you that I will be back."
"Barry and his team at CRAFT were fantastic. The price for the accelerated multi may steer you away, but trust me it is DEFINITELY worth it! They take excellent care of the aircraft, they sort the DPE out for you, and actually answer the phone unlike some other schools you may come across. If I had any other ratings left, i’d certainly do them here."
"I completed the accelerated IFR course with Craft and on day 7 passed my instrument check ride. Craft was able to get me in within a month of contacting them, assigned one instructor to me for the duration of the course, and made sure I was well prepared going into my check ride. Instructor was very professional and just made everything make sense! Go with Craft! You won't be disappointed!"
"When looking for an accelerated Instrument program I called several training centers around the country. Being in aviation for 28 years as an A&P I.A. I was asking question that probably most would not ask. CRAFT was the only one that was able to answer every one of them to my satisfaction. After I started my training it was evident to me that they were extremely organized and had every part of the training structured for every students success. The weather was not too favorable when was there, CRAFT and my instructor were trying everything they could to get my training completed and have me ready for my check ride. My instructor, Jackson, went above and beyond to make sure I was ready and thought outside of the box to make sure I have my requirements met even with the bad thunderstorms. I am already scheduled to go back in 3 weeks for my commercial training and have no doubt they will deliver a quality product and a great experience."
"I’ve unfortunately had experience at 6-7 different flight schools, starting with my private years ago, more recently my instrument rating, and now a commercial/multi-engine rating (AMEL) If you have had any experience with the flight school system, you figure out quickly that the whole program is pretty flawed: Mediocre instructors who are more interested in building time than their students’ success, equipment that is maintained to the bare minimum of the Reg’s (and often below that min!) and back office/admin function that is slipshod at best. Basically, 5 stars in this field is a low bar, but CRAFT clears it handily. These guys are well run, use contemporary, glass panel equipment (Diamonds are the best training aircraft bar none) and the team members are professional and well managed. Finally, I checked them out with the most important constituency in the process, the FAA DPEs who will be testing you. Clearly they respect the CRAFT team and anticipate that you as the student are likely well prepared. Let me tell you, that trust is priceless when you are on the verge of a high pressure checkride. Charleston and Summerville are great airports to fly in and out of. My only recommendation is that you should schedule these guys early enough not to get stuck with dates in August like I did! They’re busy so book ahead!"
