"My PCP set me up to see the specialist at the Greenville office and I was seen by the PA both times. After speaking with my PCP I advised him I would not return. They billed my insurance for the MD/specialist and that's who I expected to see. Simple fix, I'll never return. End of story."

"We waited in the waiting room for a yearly visit for almost two hours past our scheduled appointment time (my young son who was the patient, and my infant son who was 8 mos at the time, with me). I finally went to the front window and asked if we could reschedule the appointment, we simply could not wait any longer on that particular day. An assistant seemed concerned and took down all of our information, said that she would make sure that we were rescheduled and seen, told that we would be contacted the next day, and well...we were NEVER contacted by that office again to reschedule; very professional!! I’ve never had that experience in any health care setting before. I was shocked at the lack of consideration or concern for a patient’s time! Go elsewhere!!"

"I'm still waiting for my appointment which is scheduled for 55 minutes ago. There are two people still in front of me. There is a sign posted in the lobby that if you are 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. Appointments are 6-8 weeks out. This is only my second appointment so I can't speak for the doctors but I will certainly be changing ENTs."
