"Dr Thomas was professional and yet was able to get me to relax while he comley went over why I should have the upper lids done. Even my husband was impressed with Dr Thomas as he was in the room also. I could not have gotten a better doctor for this procedure."

"I've been a patient of Dr. B. Johnson for the past 10+ years. Go once per year for diabetic f/u. New office is nice, parking MUCH better than in Clemson. Staff is very friendly/helpful. However, when I arrived I was told that I had been assigned to a different doctor (an OP, not my OPTH). Nobody alerted me to this prior to my appointment. In addition, I spent at least 1 hour waiting in various rooms and did not get finished until 5:30pm, after most of the staff had left. Total time was 2 hours for routine yearly visit. I LIKE MY DOCTOR, and the staff there is great. However, they need to work on being a bit more efficient and STOP unapproved doctor switching(at least without notification to the patient prior to the appointment)."

"Dr. Carlson is knowledgeable as well as compassionate with his patients. He and the staff at Clemson Eye run like a well oiled machine, yet they are also very accommodating. Check ins can be made on the internet several days before your appointment which makes the whole process run smoothly. Their financial department patiently provides all information needed to make an informed decision regarding your treatment. Lastly, I really appreciate the reminders via internet as well as text. All in all I couldn’t recommend Dr. Carlson and Clemson Eye and Surgery Clinic more!"

"My first appointment was great with Dr Jordon Carlson I thought he was very professional. My follow up appointment however was a awful experience my appointment was at 10:30 I had another eye exam by a technician to be followed by Dr Carlson for tear duct plugs because of autoimmune disease Sjogren’s that’s causing extreme dry eyes. Tech numb my eyes at maybe 10:35 and took me to waiting area for Dr Carlson at 12:00 I went to front to asked what’s wrong and was told I was next then after two other patients were called in room I got up and went to front at 12:15 and told staff I was leaving, and she asked if I wanted to rebook with Dr Carlson because the call center had way over booked him. My response was no if he’s that booked I want to see someone else next visit, so now my appointment is with Dr.Mitchell Loftin I truly hope this visit goes much smoother."

"I can’t say enough good about the Seneca office! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctors, are pleasant, helpful and very skilled! I’ve seen Dr. Loftin, Dr.Carlson and Dr. Johnson, one of the surgeons, and every one of them really listened and helped explain things that I had questions on. They take time and listen to the patient and care about their well-being. I’ve only had to wait for one appointment and they explained it was because they took care of an emergency. I would certainly want them to do the same if I had an emergency. I’m so glad that I changed and started go to them!!"
