"Got 4 different bills after treatment. All 4 were paid within 2 weeks. This was over 2 years ago and we still get these bills. MANY phone calls were made with proof of payment, and they tell me that they know they have been paid, and just ignore the bills. VERY unprofessional business practices. Try to find another provider if possible. I will remove this review when the problem is rectified."

"After trying to contact the office for two days I decided to go in and schedule an appointment. I was told that since I had not been there in almost 3 yrs I would be considered a new patient and would have to get a referral from my PCP, but the practice was not taking new patients. What?! I am in the system and only needed to get an RX to obtain new CPAP supplies. I know when i first went there and had two sleep studies done, the Doctor was very nice and well informed. Now I am stuck trying to find a doctor that can RX supplies. Definitely would not recommend this office."

"Trying to get anything out of the office staff is like pulling teeth. If you need to schedule an appointment be prepared to let the phone ring for nearly 30 minutes before somebody will pick up. It took nearly two weeks for the nurses to get a preauthorization done. All the while lying to me about it being completed. It took daily calls from both me and my insurance company to finally get it resolved. I despise that I have to go to this practice. Avoid at all costs! Please choose a different office!"

"Firstly, staff is very friendly and apologetic. The first time we went there we waited about 45 minutes (estimated) until called, and when we got back in the room we were done in 5-10 minutes. The second visit (today) we had an appointment at 1pm. We arrived at 1245 only to discover that there were 6 people outside waiting already, and the staff were all at lunch until 1pm. They did unlock the door at 1250 however. We walked in and signed in, 3rd name on the list. The waiting room rapidly filled to capacity with very few people being called back. All of the people before us, and 2-3 after us were called back and had left already. This was supposed to be a 5 minute appointment. Well, at 215 we finally got called back. The gentleman WAS very apologetic and seemed sincere in his apology for the wait. The whole appointment took 5-10 minutes in the back. During this time, very few people were called out of the waiting room, in total, maybe 6. The waiting room was filled to capacity and had people standing due to no seats. I would highly not recommend this place. Even ignoring the wait times, they are frequently denied services from insurance carriers, as well as trying to charge exorbitant prices for things. They make you sign a paper stating that if you miss an appointment that you will be charged $150 that your insurance will not pay! Then we had a take home sleep study and if the equipment is not returned precisely between 9-11am the next day, they charge a $50 late fee. They also charge a fee for being late to your appointment time, but I do not recall the price (Possibly $25?) In summary..... Friendly courteous staff, atrocious wait times, exorbitant fees, problems with most insurance carriers, find somewhere else to go."

"Dr. Chandran is wonderful. His staff is wonderful. Everyone is very helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. Been seeing him for over a year now in office and when hospitalized he saved my life. Never had any issues with medication refills or billing. The nurses even helped get the home meds and equipment I needed very, very quickly. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all. I love my doctor. I would recommend him to anyone with lung issues. He is very thorough and he does care about the health and well being of his patients. Thank u Carolina Lung and Sleep Center."
