"I've seen lots of drs in my young life, but Dr. Mazzamuro was by far the best Dr. I've ever experienced in my life and Im a brutally honest person. She made me feel at ease before, during and after my procedure. Just wow. Her nurse Monique was excellent as well. Great bed side manners. Just fantastic."

"Secured an appointment with Gyn Specialist-Halton Village a couple of months ago via my PCP. Callie Banks, Nurse Practitioner was my Gyn healthcare provider. The intake was interesting which was taken by a unseasoned CMA. She did not know anything about "Lifestyle Medicine" and could not pronounce the dietary supplements I shared with her. She was quite surprised when I told her, I take no medications. The exam room was about 60 degrees; burrrr! To proceed with the examination, Nurse Practitioner Banks shared with me, after a certain, age pap tests were no longer necessary. I have not had a bone density test in 5 years and need a referral. I chose not to proceed with a pelvic exam since I have no symptoms. What a waste of time and energy to even visit a Gyn practice. I will select an independent healthcare provider for all future appointments. Prisma's NON healthcare system is EXTREMELY broken. Glad to have private medical options in Greenville, SC."

"Prisma health is very customer service based rather than solutions based. I appreciate the calls after my appointments to rate the service I received, but at the end of the day I think the doctors here are burnt out. My reasoning for a 1 star review is based on the care I have received. Both doctors are very nice and do their best i think, but lack attention to detail. -Dr. Giddings Jackson gave me an ultrasound a couple years ago after I came in for stomach pain. She said all was good and my pain was attributed to ovulation. I read the ultrasound report and googled what the medical mumbo jumbo meant and found out I had 2 golf ball fibroids. She never knew that because she wasn't paying attention. I had to call the office back, make another appointment, and pay for the service just for her to tell me she made a mistake and didnt notice the fibroids. She prescribed me birth control pills which probably wasn't a good idea since they can cause fibroids to grow. -Dr. Van Deman told me that after my cervical biopsy, everything was ok. Fast forward 1.5 yrs after a pap smear, and what he meant to tell me back then was that "there wasn't SIGNIFICANT changes to my dysplasia" . For almosy 2 years I thought the dysplasia was gone. I think he realized he messed up and tried to cover his tracks by calling me personally and throughly explaining everything and my options this time around. I appreciated that but he should've done that a couple years ago. Not sure if all this constitutes as medical malpractice. But I unfortunately do not trust these doctors and prisma health as a whole. I am also a young black woman, so these problems reinforce the lack of care that we tend to recieve in hospitals. The cherry on top is that the office staff are not that friendly and would rather have side conversations than check out patients. Currently seeking a new gynecologist and learning more about Eastern medecine."

"I have been going to this location for nearly a decade. Personally, my OBGYN is fantastic, I have rated her highly separately, but this low review is because the office staff are TERRIBLE. Erica, who takes your vitals, is absolutely cold and rude. She makes you feel like you are bothering her just by existing. It is very obvious she doesn't enjoy being at work, and I have gotten this attitude from her on every visit. Today was just the last straw, to be honest. I was also denied a prescription refill without them even speaking to my doctor. I have been taking this medication for 10 years! They said I would need to make ANOTHER appointment, yet here I am in the clinic and I just saw my doctor last month! My doctor has a year long waiting list. If this is how they will be treating their patients it might be time for me to seek care elsewhere."
