"Terrible service. Worst phone systems I have ever experienced. I could not get in touch with my doctor (Dr. Turner) during an emergency because of how bad the phone systems are. The call failed 5 times and I spent two hours trying to get on the phone with my doctor and I was unsuccessful. I decided to just go to a health care center with better service….."

"My mom normally takes my daughter for me to the doctor when she is sick cause I have to work. Today we call and they said we could come in today at 2:45 and my mom was told she couldn’t bring her cause she wasn’t on her Hip form ?? Why’s this all the sudden said to her after bringing her in for me multiple times ?? If a child is sick why dose it matter who brings her!! The lady at the front decks couldn’t even speak properly on the phone her words was all over the place and wasn’t professional at all! I told her that they needed to get their stuff together. Not everyone is a stay at home mom and can take their child to the doctor."

"I have been there twice this year waiting on labs back for urine results. They put me on a antibiotics and say they will call when urine results come back from labs i arrived thurs she said by monday results should be in... I Called for a little over 2 weeks now and still no urine back from the labs. Odd isnt it? Finshed the antibiotics still had symptoms. You have to make sure your on the right antibiotic...Kinda hard to tell when you have pelvic congestion syndrome so the labs results back are important to make sure if it is an infection to treat it properly and not assume its symptoms from pelvic congestion. Proper medical care and attention is hard to come by apparently here."

"They continued to give medication to my mother that she didn't need until it made her really sick. Then when she had to go to the emergency room. We called for direct instructions needed for continued care they dropped the ball and stated that they could not practice or help directive to any hospitals. My mother died she needed a feeding tube prescription."

"I had a wonderful visit. Dr. Delfino was very compassionate and professional doing my biopsy. He really cares and does whatever needs to be done to make you feel better and comfortable. His nurse is also awesome! Answers questions and calls back and explains things. Wonderful caring people!"
