"I only went to this practice twice before leaving and going to a different practice. I was super unhappy with the care provided here. The front desk people are not very friendly and neither are the nurses. Dr. Norris was friendly, but was too quick to write a prescription for a problem instead of listening to me when I asked to explore other options first. She is very quick to rush out of the room and doesn’t really listen. You are treated like a number here and not like an actual person."
"I have to give this place a low rating. I went in with several issues all of which the nurse wrote down and the doctor asked about but none of my main issues did he even fix or act concerned about. Dr. Henk did order an ultrasound on my abdomen which I was told came back fine. Clearly not since I'm still having those issues. He only focused on two skin issues and my heart which wasn't even things I brought up. He told me that the toenail fungus I have was fine to just not treat. And more so I swear the stomach issues I have and the random tendon/nerve pain have gone untreated. He didn't even send me to a gastroenterologist to have my stomach looked at. This was the main reason I went here. And then they gave me two new issues to worry about that I wasn't even worried, concerned, or even knew about. But here I am days later still having the same issues I went to him for with no resolution, plan, of course of action to taking care of these things. I'm going somewhere else."
"Worst doctor (Dr. Rebecca Norris) I have ever seen. Doesn't look at the patient to talk. Always in a hurry for a marathon. Spent 30 minutes waiting for her to attend me and she spends less than 5 minutes to talk to me. This was scheduled as an annual wellness visit and they put that as a regular office visit and sent me a big bill. I made sure to tell the scheduler that my appointment will be an annual wellness visit but still they coded it wrong. I called the billing to inquire, and they direct me to the doctor. Then I called the doctor and nurse, they never return the call. Another time I get the time of my appointment in an email, but when I go to the hospital they said I was late for my appointment and was about to cancel my appointment. I had to fight for it showing all my emails and then see the doctor after waiting for 2 hours. Insane group of providers. Always increase the amount of medication but never ever sit down to hear what the patient has to say. Even Siri, Google all answer us with patience and respect. I do not want to give even a star but it wouldn't let me submit the post. I want new patients and old patients to be aware of this."
"Our family has been going to this group of professionals since 1998. They have been very kind. Although you may feel a bit intimidated by the size there is always someone to help who has a medical history to provide you with quality care. They are all amazing physicians have provided us the best possible care. They have always gone above and beyond for us. I simply cannot thank them enough."
"Both my husband and I attend this practice. We have good experiences with both of our doctors however the reason for the poor review is due to the administrative side - we have had referrals and prescriptions that never got faxed/sent over to the correct places, even after multiple calls and voicemails (which are never returned back). We have up waiting for the referral after 1.5 months of no progress being made to get it sent over, and we’re still waiting for our newest prescription after 3 days so far. If these issues were fixed it would be a much nicer experience than it currently is."
