"I've know Dr. Saindon for over 20 years and been a patient of his for the last decade. He's a great doctor and firmly believe him to be an honest man. But I've had it with the office staff. They give the perception that they are all about they money, maximizing their productivity with little consideration to a patients unexpected conflicts. Mountain View Family Medicine has unreasonable "policies" that the front office staff blames on the doctors. I called the morning of my appointment to cancel it (with over an hour botice) as I had an unforseen conflict arise at work. I was told that I would be charged for the appointment in accordance with their "no show" policy and that 24 hours notice was required to cancel without being charged. Well, I didn't "no show" and was notifying them in good faith because I know they want to fill the open appointment. After significant discussion they refused to waive the fee. They admitted that there are exceptions but my reason was not sufficient. I'd suggest only making an appointment if you are 110% sure you can make it. Otherwise, come up with a real good excuse and hope it fits within their exceptions. Finding a new doctor will be frustrating but I'm not going to choose to be with a practice with such inconsiderate policies. Be cautious if you are thinking about becoming a patient."

"Dr. Brunson is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend him, and will for sure be going to him from now on. Everyone in the back is super polite and nice. We clicked right away, he listened to everything I had to say and made sure I was taken care of. Regarding the front desk reviews, I seemed to not have any issues with the current people working at the front desk, they were nice and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I am sure it is just who is working the front desk that day, you may have different reviews."
