"Excellent. The staff were all excellent. Special thanks Ms to Hailey who stayed past her time to get off to do xray for my broken arm. Dr. Princell was excellent and Ashely and Jasmine were both very nice and helpful."

"Was there almost an hour while the receptionist held my ID to put me on the list to be seen. Was told I could get on the list and then leave and be called in about two hours to come back. After waiting over an hour without getting on the list yet, I got my ID back and left. Was told by the receptionist all urgent cares would be this way. I went to a nearby urgent care and was seen and out in under an hour. I will not be going back to this place. The receptionist was too busy chatting with other staff to even put my name on the list."

"I’ve been to this drs care in the past and never had an issue. Today I checked online and it said there were 4 people waiting infront of me. Once I arrived, there were several people in the waiting room, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The staff seemed more concerned about talking with each other, answering personal phone calls, and sharing Christmas candy, than checking patients in. Having said that, I proceeded to wait an hour before I was even asked to go up to the counter and fill out paperwork. Another half hour went by and I still wasn’t called back. Meanwhile, people were walking in and being seen and leaving the whole time I was waiting. I won’t be returning to this urgent care again. Terrible customer service."

"Amazing staff and absolutely amazing doctors! We have been to the East Butler location 4 or 5 times for everything from a minor emergency to illnesses to sports physicals, everytime has been positive. The woman checking us in is always friendly, the staff in the back and doctors are knowledgeable and caring. I have taken 2 of my 3 kids here, the doctors always listen and speak to my teenagers in a way they can understand. Outside of the great medical care is the fact that the waiting area and exam rooms are always clean, thats a huge plus!!"

"I received excellent care from the moment I entered the door of the Berea location. The receptionist was very kind. Then I was greeted by an amazing nurse Mrs.Ulandia Smiley. She insured I was comfortable and had great treatment. She was very thorough with her questioning and testing to prepare me for the doctor. The doctor Josh was very kind as well. He reviewed my chart as well as listed to my concerns. He included me in making the best decision for me and my body. I’m grateful for this amazing experience in such a difficult time in my life! They allowed me to be able to take time to care for myself without the additional stress of doing so."
