"My husband is so happy with Dr. Siffri knee replacement he is walking and getting all his flexion. With minimal pain and swelling. He had it on Oct. 9 it change his life. Thankyou. He will tell other veterans here in upstate to come see Dr. Siffri. For their knee problems. The whole team is excellent."
"This facility doesn't care for patient's pain. Got hung up on 3 time, My wife called, they hung up on her 5 times before she was able to talk to someone. Still couldn't set an appointment after ER referral. After reading others reviews, I don't need to be checked in this place."
"I had to wait 6 months to get surgery on my ankle for bone spur and tendons. This is way insurance does, therapy first, didn’t work. Get surgery June 3,2021 ankle swollen the whole healing process. So, I did 2nd MRI in December,2021 because I knew something wasn’t right, I have bone bruise(bone marrow edema. Was not scheduled for an appointment until March, they did not get me in sooner(I don’t know why) . I had saw Dr Prusum 2x during healing he put me on steroids. Still swollen and painful. March said my blood may not have enough vitamins to heal foot, did blood work, was fine, saw results next two days on MyChart.Wanted doctors note Stephanie who does doctor’s note and insurance said you need to be working on going back to work, I was stunned, I didn’t know what to say, I told her took 6 months to get surgery and y’all have known about my bone marrow problem since December (3months). Went back in April put on strong ibuprofen still swelling and pain in ankle. This time Stephanie just flung door open didn’t even give us the time to get a note, or tell me that we were finished. I don’t understand why she is so rude and mean. She has not paid for my insurance for 29 yrs as I have, nor is she paying me, I will tell everyone I possibly can about how people are treated there. Everyone else very nice, except Stephanie"
"Once seen, excellent service, very professional. However, you wait almost a month for an appointment and after waiting about 30 minutes asked if this was normal to wait this long. Answer was yes from the clerk behind the desk. Said it is about 45 minutes behind on average which turned into a hour wait. It is absolutely unacceptable to consistently be that far behind on appointments. They should learn to schedule appropriately to get patients in and out in a timely manner as often working people schedule multiple appointments for the same day to minimize absences from work."
"Dr. Annette has been amazing throughout my whole process with Steadman Hawkins. Highly recommended!"
