"Very unprofessional at the front desk when you arrive no one else was there stood there waiting for one of them to stop talking to each other and greet me i had to interupt them to tell them i was there and no they were not talking about patients just there personal stuff how rude!"

"l like the check in/check out people. I am fine with doctors and nurses that I have seen also. The lab on the other hand are very unfriendly almost on verge of nasty. I have a appointment scheduled and after that one I plan on not returning. I don't half to deal with bad attitudes and feel uncomfortable going to do something that can be uncomfortable in itself. "Recently I had to get a sick appt I usually go to the Rutherford east office which I love but they are having to book at least a month out due to lack of drs so I made an appt at the forest city office. I will not go back I was going to be 10 minutes late and called to office which is instead the call center and the lady I spoke to says she spoke to someone in the office and that was fine to still go. So I want in and again only 10 minutes late and was told by the receptionist that I had to reschedule when I told her about the call center said was told they don’t make those calls. If you can’t believe what the call center says then why have one. I was not happy and will not go back there again. If it’s all about my health then why was I turned away sounds like you are more concerned with schedules than people’s health."

The nurse that helped me was so kind and caring! Dr Morgan Robbins was an absolute breath of fresh air! She was on time, gave me all the time I needed, seemed interested and really helped me! Her assistant for the day was lovely and professional! I am a new patient and I will be back! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dr! Bravo FCFC! ❤️"
