"Never had a doctor made me feel so humiliated and belittled the way he did. Made me feel like I should be ashamed of having Covid and he says there was nothing that he could do for me that if I wanted something done that I was going to have to go to the emergency room. By the way my pain tolerance is pretty high I've had kids you wouldn't know that if you read my history seeing as I've been coming to you for probably about 10 years now. 10 years of business lost Dr Williams! I will not be back!!!"

"I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and checked in. A man came in a few minutes later who was an hour late ( the receptionist said his appointment was at 10am) for his scheduled appointment. He was called back a few minutes later. I would've had to wait much longer for my appointment when I was on time, while someone an hour late was taken right in and essentially given my appointment. The sign you have posted at the check-in area about having to reschedule if you're more than 5 minutes late only applies the some people? The gentleman wasn't in distress. This is rude and unprofessional and your staff should know better."

"was a patient here for 3 years then was released because the front desk receptionist tiesha refused to check me in multiple times. my kids still went here for 2 more years but after calling many times to set up apps and never being able to talk to anyone. found out today 8/15/23 that they dismissed all 4 of my kids. no mail, no notice, no missed appointments, nothing. they are a joke. no wonder they are always accepting new patients. because it seems to me they can only keep them long enough for them to see how poorly they handle things"

"They see their patients as a paycheck. Wanna treat everyone like they are uneducated while never helping fix anything. I came here because it was closer to my house but I will be going back to Greenville. These places see too many people, give you like 10 mins max to explain anything then they are out the room. I bet they cant even fully name 5 people they see unfortunately thats a problem with all of them. Their limit of people they are allowed to see should be lowered."

"Dr. Williams is rude and refused me treatment on 2 different visits. Told me he was not going to give me the last covid booster I have a history of asthma. Then refused to give me pneumonia vaccine, said they were given to 65 yo then every 5 years. I asked have you read the computer screen or looked at my chart? His reply was,what am I looking for? I chuckled and said doesn't being 72yo qualify me for the vaccine. He jumped up and flew out if the exam room shouted I am done. And your done. REFUSED ME ANY FURTHER CARE from there office. Then 4 of my family members he did the same 3 months later. The practice needs to be closed and Dr. Williams needs to retire or change professions. I am a retired nurse, never in my working career did I ever work with a doctor that refused patient care."
