Yes, you read that correctly. There are no missing zeros. They refused to see me over $48. Needless to say anyone can see what this establishments priorities are, and it isn’t patient care."

Dr. Stafford and his staff are not only tremendous at the performance of their duties, but they genuinely and truly care about their patients which is something you can't find everywhere. The close knit office staff is also family oriented and pleasant to see even when your health isn't feeling top notch. "I’m soooo grateful for this practice! And their Saturday hours!!! I was sicker than I realized and I’m immensely thankful they had a cancellation. They were so kind to call me back and lmk of the cancellation so I didn’t have to wait till Monday. Lester Barrouk took the time I needed to ask questions, never gave me a sense that he was rushed, and he took the time to evaluate my condition and my chart and think about what was really going on. Instead of just throwing antibiotics at me like most drs, he gave other treatments based on his theory that inflammation was causing my severe symptoms rather than infection. He prescribed the necessary treatments, but also gave me antibiotics if my symptoms didn’t improve after a few days. I really appreciated his critical thinking and time.. I love that this practice will see my whole family, and that their practitioners are never rushed like every other office I’ve been to. And I LOVE that they have Saturday hours, which saved me a weekend of severe illness or trip to urgent care! While caring for you well, Cornerstone caregivers make you feel seen and heard."

"Recommended to come here through my mid wife who expressed they weren’t friendly . First initial call whoever answered barely let me get a word in. Straight to the point is fine but no need to be rude with it. Came in today had a little wait no problem however as a pregnant patient when greeting a staff member i always say “hi how are you” , i was greeted back “I’m good thank you” as a business owner even if you don’t care it’s common courtesy to ask “how are you” back. It just rubbed me the wrong way. Same with Dr. Standford he came in i greeted him “hi how are you” his answer was “good” then straight to the point. Had i not needed this appointment i honestly wouldn’t have went. They don’t have much of a personality. My visit was $130 out of pocket since they didn’t accept my insurance and it honestly wasn’t worth it. Literally just asked me question , checked blood pressure , & listened to baby heart beat. Definitely won’t be coming back here for ANYTHING . Didn’t really feel welcomed overall."
