"The doctors and nurses are great. But billing has been a bit of a nightmare, mostly because of the prepaids. Looking back after delivery my baby, it has seemed impossible to get a clear answer from billing at the office and/or billing through the main AnMed billing office (a frustrating and confusing effort on its own!) on what my prepaids went toward while I was doing my prenatal visits, and then trying to see what was leftover that went toward labor and delivery. I am SO GLAD I did not pay the full amount of the prepaids they requested (I paid the first half) and only wish I had refused to pay the full "prepaids" amount from the very beginning! That seems like it would have been the easiest (and maybe the only) way to have an accurate understanding of what I have spent several thousands of dollars on."

"I have been seeing Dr. Hearn as a patient since 2009 and he always goes above and beyond for me! He even gave me his personal cell number when I was pregnant so I could get in touch with him anytime day or night. This man is a perfect example of how a doctor should be!"

"Let me start off with this...5 stars to Dr. Shelley. Absolutely loved the care she gave during both of my pregnancies. If I ever choose to have more, I only want her as my doctor. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with her. Now, the 1 star stating is for the simple fact that Anmed has decided to change locations. While delivering my 2nd child back in June, I was informed that the practice and future labor and deliveries would no longer be at this location, but at the hospital dow town. That in itself has made me reconsider having another child from there. Why keep the children's doctors in that building with the psych ward and make the mothers move to that run down looking hospital.hughly highly upset and disappointed in the decision for that. Not to mention it makes no sense. If I could've had any sau, I would've said no. Thank you Dr. Shelley for all you've done for me and my babies. Shame on AnMed for thinking that was a good switch. The Women's and Children's hospital made me feel at home, and I won't feel that at the new location to come."

"I gave a 1 star cause zero wouldnt let me get started. My wife saw Dr dinoho for hysterectomy. She was told most people come home same day. My wife did and has been in severe pain ever since. Called dr dimho who said the 7.5 mg hydrocodone was good enough for having your guts cut out. Im no doctor but I know hydrocodone is bare minimum when it comes to pain meds. He would not lift a finger to see her or call anything else to pharmacy to help her. At 530 pm, (quitting time) he says go to emergency room. Dr dimho knows as everyone does that unless you have heart attack, you will sit in a chair in the ER for hours to be seen. My wife can not even sit up straight. Dr dinho uses "cookie cutter doctoring to lump all his patients in. Of course Ive come to expect this for most at anmed. I called after hours lime on 9/20/2022. Dr Herns called back, I was helping my wife, couldnt answer. He offered no help. Just message saying for me to call back. Again as expected for anmed doctors. If it was their wife they would get immediate response. But the patient who pays their homes, boats and cars are nothing but dollars to them. If you care about your family go to Greenville Hospital or suffer like my wife has."
