"Doctors are great but had a horrible experience with an office staff representative named Amy. I called to inquire about some paperwork my Doctor filled out and she answered the phone she sounded tired, and drunk. She had a horrible attitude refused to check and see if the paperwork was ready and when I asked to speak with someone else she hung up on me. Yes that’s correct Amy hung up on a patient. I called back and got someone else that was very nice and helpful and they apologized for how rude Amy was and said “she’s new” . Amy needs to be retrained you should NEVER treat a patient that way and especially NEVER hang up on a patient. Shame on you Spartanburg Regional for employing someone so unprofessional."

"I used to love coming here even stayed with them when I moved further away but the staff and their customer service has gone down tremendously. Not only do they not keep the necessary shots on hand for regular vaccinations but when it is their fault they’ll do everything in their power to waste your time, energy, and gas. After four years I have pulled all of my families records and will no longer continue with this group. Further more I had to wait over an hour for one shot that they messed up."

"I checked in today at 2:40 for my mom and as we sat for her to be called, patients who came in way after her were getting called in. At 4:10 I finally asked how much longer it would be before she got called. The lady at the desk said that she had a room assigned so she would be going in soon. I had to go ask again because it was 4:30 now and the same lady went to ask and came back saying that she had gotten the room assigned way earlier, but no one realized the actual patient (my mom) wasn’t brought in. I was extremely irritated by now when I went back there with my mom and there were plenty of empty rooms and plenty of nurses sitting around and chatting and NOT ONE of them knew why the room was assigned and had no patient in it. She got her test results and medication prescription in a mediocre 5 min consultation from the doctor. We waited almost 2 hours to be seen and less than 15 minutes for the actual consultation. If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would."

"The office staff is very friendly. The wait time is less than 20 mins. Dr. Shrouder was nice and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Definitely would recommend this office."
