"Terrible! I would not recommend this practice. My son has been sick with chronic sinusitis for 3.5 months. We called and scheduled the first available appointment that we could get with Dr Boxwell (which was a 45 day wait.) We are STILL waiting on lab results that were taken on 9/30/22. The office has been rude and unprofessional. My son (19 y/o) was told to call the office to receive his lab results and prescription- which he has been doing and they keep telling him the Dr has not been in the office since 9/30. No one will give him lab results, no one will write a prescription, no one has apologized, no one is trying to accommodate him. It has been A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I urge you to go see another Doctor!!! Today is 10/17/22"

"Dr Boxwell and staff in my opinion are the best around. Had major sinus surgery was told everything I needed to know and the stuff I didn’t want to know. I’m not the greatest patient and I’m also a type 1 diabetic and had zero issues. Dr Boxwell even told me how miserable I would be after surgery. I would give them 10 stars if I could. As far as surgery goes best experience I have ever had. Love these guys."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was terribly worried about the condition for which I visited them for. Dr Collins was very helpful in explaining how the body's anatomy works and what I should expect. Really put my mind at ease and prescribed what I needed to get me fixed up."

"This doctors office is amazing. My 2 year old son just had surgery, and Dr. Collins is the person who did the procedure. He is a wonderful doctor. Hes so willing to answer all your questions and concerns and never once did he make me feel like he didnt care. He seems to be very compassionate and very good with children. I would reccommend him to anyone!"
