"This place refused me service because I was using government insurance. Refused to even call the insurance company. Pointed me out the door. Really wild. I needed the eye exam whether or not my insurance would cover an exam. Had the cash in my wallet to cover the full fee of the exam and was planning on spending at least 400$ that day in contacts or lenses. The woman working the front desk was really rude and shouldn't work with the public. Really poor problem solving skills with this staff."

"Wonderful staff! They worked my son in for a same day appointment when I shared my concerns with them. When we arrived, I could tell they were busy and it meant a lot to me that they made the time. I have since made my husband and I appointments and we were both seen promptly with minimal wait. The staff also took the time to explain the "why" behind each exam they conducted. Will continue to bring my family here!"

"I had such a great experience with my eye doctor in Greer. I haven’t had a eye exam since I was very young & I’m a first time eye glass wearer & the staff were so helpful. Also while I was there I over heard this woman crying. She was in with a young boy. After listening a little I found it so heart warming that one of your employees went well above their job description & bought & paid for her sons glasses so he wouldn’t be bullied at school for his broken ones. I will never go anywhere else. Your workers show compassion & really care & show a interest in their customers"
