"The doctor forgot I had an appointment . Couldn’t call me even tho my number is on their breeze app and file so they called my wife 2 hours later to say they forgot. Last appointment I told the doctor what medicines are beneficial since I have a transplant . Mentioned ketamine treatment but instead of telling me pros or cons or how it could be beneficial she tells me “ well it’s expensive” and that was that.I Pushed for adhd medicine while she pushed for one I didn’t want and when she reluctantly gave me the adhd medicine I got better. Refused to write a script for name brand even though my pharmacy had them. But never the acknowledgement of how a patient had to beg for the right medicine. April is nice, she sat and talked to me for an hour and asked questions and was sympathetic to my situation. Laura jumps in a telehealth and is going to diagnose me by just seeing a face? No body movements ,no one on one social contact. Psychiatric telehealth is pointless.Dr.Jareds bio mentions how he watched his wife’s health decline at 26 from an illness. Identical to my own story which is why I came here . Listed in my chart is still my first appointment with Jarod where I never got to see him . So ketamine was out from the start?Not sure how everyone else got this “amazing” treatment when I got the same take an SSRI and go away treatment I got from everyone even when I say they don’t work. How is that helping someone?Before I called and cancelled this practice I asked to see Jared and they said no he’s an anesthesiologist."
