"Since my daughters challenging ASD diagnosis, Kidnetics has been nothing less than superior in every way. They have given our family support and helped our child in such a tremendous way. Their OT department is especially impressive. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. They are worth the wait. Promise."
"Not enough good words to say about Kidnetics, We traveled here for pelvic Floor Therapy with Sarah and she was the greatest. Any wait is well worth it for the care you receive from everyone and the follow-up care. 5 stars start to finish, thank you for our time spent with you all"
"My daughter has been going here for speech therapy since October 2020 and OT since like May 2021. We see Aubrey Knight for ST and Lauren Douglas for OT. They have been so wonderful with my girl! She LOVES going in for therapy and will ask when we're going again if we have to miss a session. They have both been so accommodating to me as a parent as well. When we started, my kiddo was for all intents and purposes, non verbal. Therefore I was not comfortable just dropping her off for 2 hours (we chose to do back to back appts). They had no problems with letting me come back for her sessions and sitting in the rooms with her. They would (and still do) ask my input on what all they'd do with her that day. And they'd completely respect if I told them I wasn't ok with something. Now that she's better able to communicate and be understood, I'm much more comfortable letting her go back by herself and so far, that's been working out great! It's also really easy to stay up to date on what goes on in sessions. First of all, the therapists will come out and talk to you about what they did that day when they bring your child back to you (if they go back alone). And in MyChart you can read the notes from each session. It's great! My only real complaint is that it can be really difficult to get a hold of admins there. I know I've called like 5-6 times throughout the day to try to ask a question to the business office and never got through. And they can be really slow to call you back. But once you have a therapist, you can message them directly for most things and that is much much faster. Overall, we've really enjoyed our experience at Kidnetics and highly recommend them! *Also, yes, wait lists can be long. I completely understand the frustration around them. But you have to take into consideration that it isn't just here that they are long. It isn't uncommon to see 12-18 month long lists. That's just an unfortunate situation with this field right now. There just aren't enough therapists to accommodate the amount of people needing their services. Try not to blame the company too much for that one, there's only so much they can do.*"
"Got a referral for my son from his doctor in February and finally got an appointment for an OT evaluation in April. I ended up being charged over $500 for the evaluation (after insurance) and was told to wait for a call for an opening for his weekly treatments. 0 communication from the office about his treatments until now (late August) which now they say they have an opening for weekly treatments. The difference in my sons age/development from his initial evaluation in April to today in August (14 months compared to 18 months) makes his evaluation basically useless if you know how quickly kids develop and change. Won't be going to any "treatments" with this company. I would be so upset if my son had immediate needs and concerns."
"Although we had to wait months upon months to get in for an evaluation and therapy, we have had an excellent experience. The therapists are great. They work well with my child, give feedback and things for us to work on at home and listen to our concerns and offer ideas to help. All staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend."
