"Started my career as a therapist here and have learned so much in such a short period of time. I also genuinely enjoy working with my coworkers and clients. Nonprofit work can be trying at times of course, but I do feel like I've been valued and appreciated at CFS by management and clientele and that is more than I can say compared to other nonprofits I've worked at. The invaluable help that CFS aims to provide to the communities we serve is derived from a selflessness that I've seldom seen. Very grateful to have this experience."

"I should have went with my gut instinct the first time I started encountering problems with my daughter's appointments with Ms. Talisha. There has been one thing after another the communication there is horrible. My daughter has not even been going there long and we have encountered several issues without appointments today I took my daughter for her appointment with mr. Alicia we got there we waited for about 15 minutes or so the young lady at the front tell me that Alicia was running late because her other client was having an an emergency but she'll be right with us who proceeded to sit and wait 30 minutes or so past I went and asked the young lady how much longer she then said that she was trying to reach to Alycia but she wasn't because she was having an emergency with her other client I totally understand how you can come across any emergency with your client and let me stop and say ( I pray that whomever her client was is doing well and that they were actually able to get the issue resolved. I will say a prayer for him or her. )But back to the matter at hand. I proceeded to tell her that we have been waiting for an hour my daughter had a horrible day as well and was definitely needing to talk with Talisha. Needless to say the young lady at the front never got Talisha to answer the phone. I got the supervisors extension because I was told that she was not at that ofc. All she could do was give me a lame excuse like we don't always emergencies. I proceeded to say that there should be some kind of protocol that if one of the counselors is having an emergency that they're able to notify the front who then can notify the next client that's waiting. Speaking with supervisor Ross was a waste"
